Biodegradable and Compostable heat sealing Film Range
Characteristics biodegradable and compostable films for Table Top Systems:
* TBFN – mono-material / sealing / seals Containers and Trays in Polylactic Acid – PLA, and Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PLA – CA + PLA;
* TADFNL – multilayer / sealing / peelable / seals Containers and Trays in Polylactic Acid – PLA, Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PLA – CA + PLA, Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PET – CA + PET, Containers and Trays in Polyethylene Terephthalate – APET, Containers and Trays in Crystallized Polyethylene Terephthalate – CPET, Containers and Trays in Aluminium Smooth Wall – ALc. It can be used in freezer up to -20 ° C.

Legend:
MEDIUM AND HIGH BARRIER: level of barrier to GAS required to improve the product SHELF-LIFE.
ANTI-FOG (AF): treatment that prevents condensation for a more aesthetic product presentation.
ANTI-UV: treatment that filters light and reduces effect of UV rays, particularly required for sliced delicatessen meat packed in MAP.
SEALING: characteristic that guarantees a high strength weld seal for the safety of the product and prevents any kind of leaks. The consumer has to make an incision to open the pack.
PEELABLE: characteristic that provides an easy opening of the packaging. The opening is done by pulling the film with your hand.
SEALING / PEELABLE: it can be used in a traditional oven and in a microwave oven, without having to be drilled or removed. It remains Sealing to the internal temperature of the package of about 125 °C, above 125 °C the vapour vented from the package and the film becomes Peelable.
