Heat Sealer Machine C26 for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)

COMPAC, after over 10 years of experience acquired in the packaging of FRESH FOOD inside the stores of supermarket chainse and in the food preparation businesses, has created C26 SYSTEM to allow the Professional Operators to pack fresh food with the technology of M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), synonymous of natural freshness, keeping unchanged the characteristics of the Compac System such as:

  • range of Heat Sealer Machine multiformat through an adjustable mobile selector (COMPAC PATENT);
  • wide range of containers for food products cold, to heat or cook;
  • film reels barriered, antifog, antiUV,  sealing and/or peelable, neutral or printed.

Heat Sealer Machine C26T to pack in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)

Multi-format and flexible, it allows to seal, with B26 film reel (260 mm width), 3 diverse series – G / L / M of containers with different sizes and depths.

  • In Heat Sealing mode it allows to pack 87 containers belonging to the following categories of materials:

Containers in PP (Series G – L – M) * from 0°C to +110°C

Containers in CARDBOARD+PET (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +200°C

Containers in APET (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +70°C

Containers in CPET (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +180°C

Containers in Aluminium Smooth Wall – ALc (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +200°C

Containers in Aluminium Smooth Wall – ALbn (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +200°C

Containers in PLA (Series G – L – M) * from 0°C to + 40°C

Containers in CARDBOARD+PLA (Series G – L – M) * from -40°C to +200°C
