Heat Sealing Film Range
Characteristics of recyclable films for Table Top Systems:
- * TSB – mono-material / sealing / seals Containers and Trays in CARDBOARD + PET – CA + PET. If perforated, it can be used in microwave oven and in traditional oven. It can be used in freezer up to -40 °C;
- * TPBHAF – mono-material / anti-fog / peelable / seals Containers and Trays in CARDBOARD + PET – CA + PET. It can be used in microwave oven. It can be used in freezer up to -40 °C;
- * TAPU – multilayer / peelable / seals Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PET – CA + PET. It can be used in freezer up to -40 °C;
Characteristics biodegradable and compostable films for Table Top Systems:
- * TBFN – mono-material / sealing / seals Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PLA – CA + PLA;
- * TADFN – multilayer / sealing / peelable / seals Containers and Trays in Cardboard + PLA – CA + PLA. It can be used in freezer up to -40 ° C.
Legend:
ANTI-FOG (AF): treatment that prevents condensation for a more aesthetic product presentation.
ANTI-UV: treatment that filters light and reduces effect of UV rays, particularly required for sliced delicatessen meat packed in MAP.
SEALING: characteristic that guarantees a high strength weld seal for the safety of the product and prevents any kind of leaks. The consumer has to make an incision to open the pack.
PEELABLE: characteristic that provides an easy opening of the packaging. The opening is done by pulling the film with your hand.
