Enhancement of the food product for a better presentation
The instructions for use and disposal are given on the sidewalls and on the bottom of the container.
Freezing
They withstand temperatures down to – 40 °C without any possibility of breaking.
Heating
They can go straight away from freezer to oven (up to +200 °C for 30 minutes) or microwaves (up to 800W for 5 minutes). Thus getting the outstanding heating of the food.
Cooking
It allows to pack READY TO EAT food for the subsequent cooking in traditional oven by the consumer up to +200 °C for 30 minutes.
Resistance
Their high elasticity makes them safe from breakage during handling or transport.
They can be considered as a natural insulator, as they keep food warm longer out of the oven and from the oven directly on the table.
They keep their original shape even after thermal stress.
Recyclability
Containers in Cardboard + Polypropylene are recyclable with paper – ATICELCA® 501 certificates – level A
Heat Sealing
The Cardboard + Polypropylene (CA+PP) Containers can be heat-sealed by Compac heat-sealer machines with the same Film reels / sheets with which the PP containers are heat-sealed – using the same temperature and welding time settings.
