The Quality Management System has as its objective the control of the processes leading to the realization of products and handles:  Production of Systems for food Packaging (Machines and Materials), Validation of Special Process, Identification and Traceability, Customer property, Conservation, Assistance Service After Sales. The production processes of COMPAC s.r.l.  are divided into two main types of activities:

1. sale of materials for the packaging of food products. This activity involves the management of its customer orders and the stages of collection, testing, packaging and shipping of products sold;
2. production of machines for food packaging. For these types of products the company will implement the development of the design, supply management and the production of parts and components, its assembly and testing to delivery to the customer. For these product categories it is also carried out the activities of assistance service after sales.

The ISO 9001: 2015 defines the requirements for the implementation of a Quality Management System and has as objective to optimize the organizational structure, answering to the need to increase the efficiency of internal processes.
